About Assessments:
Assessments give us insight into two important groups of people: ourselves, and others!
You will discover things about yourself that you didn’t know – most of them positive. (By the way, you probably won’t become a Master unless you know what your strengths are!) You will also begin to get an idea why it’s so much easier to communicate with Charlie than with Sam, or why two high-salaried people provide hugely different results.
- Discover Your Strengths or Strengthsfinder II. An extraordinary assessment which provides most of us with some surprises, strengths we hadn’t recognized. You purchase the book, and assessment code, from Amazon. Interpretation available for individuals (½ hour) or groups. Cost per hour $200.
- Color-Q. Discover the Power of Your Personality, and why others can be so easy, or so difficult, to communicate with. (Hint: Different colors.) Assessment: $40 with 80 page manual. Interpretation available for individuals (1/2 hour) or groups. Cost per hour $200.
- Myers-Briggs. How you “prefer” to be – are you Introvert/Extrovert; Sensor/Intuitor, Feeler/Thinker, Judger/Perceiver. Assessment $100 (on line). Interpretation available for individuals (1 hour) or groups. Cost per hour $200.
- Self-Management Group. Sales-Pro, or versions for other business functions. Includes hard-to-get information on motivation – the difference between whether someone can do it, or will do it. Managers understand intuitively that the will do employees require much less effort, and produce much greater results than those who can do. Never mind those who can’t! Seasoned employers know how big this difference can be – and how expensive it can be to hire and pay people who can do stuff, but don’t!
