The promise I make as a coach is this:

I offer three coaching programs- three levels of attention and  effectiveness, three levels of cost.  The  promise is for all three.
1.  The Platinum Package. 
Starting at the beginning.  If you've read "Getting Started" you understand the scope of this coaching program.  We begin with amplifying your self-knowledge with assessments.  These are not IQ tests - they don't tell you how smart you are or what you should do.  But they will tell you a lot of things you don't know about the person in the mirror! 
Who are you, really? First, you'll read "Now, Discover Your Strengths," by Clifton and Buckingham, and take the assessment which comes with it- which will tell you what your five greatest strengths are.
Then, you'll explore 4 other assessments,
The Centerpoint (Myers-Briggs) will give you a very precise fix on your mentality - are you an extrovert or an introvert, a sensor or an intuitor, a feeler or a thinker, a judger or a perceiver.   You'll learn what those terms mean, how they apply to you, and how they apply to others in your life.
The Working Styles assessment helps you understand how you perform in the world of business.  Do you tend to be dominant, inspirational, steady, or compliant.    A special 360 degree evaluation lets you find out from friends and associates whether they see you as you see yourself.
The Matchpoint assessment lets you score yourself on 6 criteria, Artistic, Conventional, Enterprising, Investigative, Realistic, and Social.  You may have a good idea of what your most and least favorite are- you may well be surprised at what the sum total of your  choices mean.
Finally, you'll take the Color-Q Assessment.- which will give you some extraordinary keys to who you are and who others are.  There are some powerful keys to effective communication in this assessment -  how to communicate with people who have clearly different styles  than you do.
All but the last are internet-based - simple multiple-choice questions which will give you a much greater insight on who you are, what your strengths and preferences are, and  how you make decisions.  Furthermore, you'll get new insight on how others do it - often quite differently, of how they use both  logic and inspiration.  You'll understand a new formulation of the "Golden Rule" - not "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you" but "Do unto others as they would be done unto."  Would you desire the power to speak to others in terms they could understand and accept?  
At the conclusion of these assessments, you'll not only have a much clearer idea of who you are, but of who "they" are.

Vision and Mission.  Once we've digested the Self-Knowledge component, we go to work on your Vision and Mission.  We create a powerful vision and mission for your business - one which inspires you, and inspires others.  I have a special curriculum, we work with other proven Vision models.  Visioning is not complicated, but it's not easy either.  Lack of vision is the primary reason why small business owners burn out
Greatness.   Do you want to achieve greatness?   How would you measure it?  Or is it too big a subject to tackle?  Hint:  "More" and "Greatness" are not synonymous.  It's an available exploration for members of my Platinum package. 
Entrepreneur stuff. We'll discuss problems and solutions in the world of entrepreneurship.  While we lay the groundwork for your success, we also have to deal with the day-to -day stuff as well..  I've started 8 businesses in my life, and solved problems for hundreds of entrepreneurs.   Go ahead, surprise me  with a problem I haven't seen before! 
Business Vantage - this is an analytic program.  You describe your business, what you have in place, what you would like to have in place.  We review your analysis and objectives regularly.   We make sure we both understand what the "next steps" are, and when we expect them to be complete.  Business Vantage is available at no charge to Platinum Clients.
SBL - A visioning program is also available to Platinum clients.  Many self-employed people end up working for their businesses, not for themselves.    We will create a personal vision with you - something that you want to create for yourself.  Then, you manage your business so that you get what you want.

Dimensions:  We meet, by phone, 3 times a month for about an hour.  You have unlimited access to me by email, and short calls at any time.  I'm a first class editor, and if you're planning letters, proposals or other documents I'll be happy to critique them for you at no charge.
I will send you an extensive questionnaire, which will  help you identify your preferences, and your short and long term goals.
You and I will use this outline to keep us both on track.  We'll come back to it regularly.  If at the end of 3 months, we have not achieved what we set out to achieve, we take that seriously, and decide what we want to do. 
Cost is $1000 a month, annual contract is $700 per month, payable monthly, on the first of the month, by credit card. 
2.  The Gold Package. 
Is your concern yourself?  Here's how a Gold-Package client responded to a session:

Is your concern accountability?  Did you start out deciding that you didn't want to answer to a Jerk anymore, decide to be your own boss, and then realize that most of us need to work with someone outside ourselves to keep our "train on the track!!"  I know I did, and it's a big reason why I also work with a coach.

3.  The TAB Package   - only for entrepreneurs living or working in Nassau County, New York.
TAB is an acronym for The Alternative Board.  Two separate groups of 6-7 entrepreneurs meet with me once a month for 4 hours for a peer-group session.  They each bring a critical issue to the Board, and the other members act as a "Small Business Board of Directors"  for them.   In between monthly board meetings, we have a telephone coaching session.  This is a powerful process, and TAB is a franchised process with boards all over the US and South America.   I've been through rigorous certification training for TAB, as well as my separate coaching training, so I function both as facilitator, in the meeting, and coach during the telephone session.
TAB has its own website, http://www.thealternativeboard.com.  Cost is a $650 sign-up fee, plus $450 per month.  
4.  The Mastermind  Package 
This is a group coaching session.  We meet twice a month for an hour to 80 minutes.  There will be up to 4 participants on the call.  You'll have about 15 minutes of direct Q&A with me. Each of the participants  will be dealing with business problems not dissimilar to yours, and you will hear solutions to problems you haven't raised.  You'll also have an opportunity to contribute to others and help them solve their problems.

Cost:  $195 per month, minimum commitment 3 months.
